It is not too late to be heard regarding Metro's future rail plans. Metro's current proposals would be setting the direction for a Houston transportation system for the next 2 or 3 decades. Among other things, focusing on one alternative means that you will not pursue other alternatives.

Feeling Metro is spending an incredible amount of money for a system which appears to have no potential for improving the traffic in Houston, we have decided to design an alternative system for comparison.

We as a city need to work with Metro to develop a more viable, effective, and economical plan that will address Houston's public transportation needs well into the 21st century.
